On Sunday morning Parker wakes up with his mind filled with exciting thoughts. He couldn't stop thinking about what Mrs. Saito had said about the two scrolls and his magic spinner. He can't wait to show these new things to his two friends, Pandish and Rusty.

They have a plan to meet at the clubhouse in the woods. Parker needs to call each of them and tell them to meet at his house instead. Reason: Top Secret. 

Parker gets on the phone and dials.

"Hi Rusty," he says. "Can you meet at my house first?"

"Why?" Rusty asks. "Dusty and I were planning on walking down to the Big Lake together."

"I have something I gotta show you," Parker explains. "Something really cool."

"Really cool?" Rusty asks.

"Really, really cool!" Parker insists. "Hey, I gotta call Pandish. Be here in a half hour."

"Okay, see ya."

Then Parker calls Pandish and tells him the same thing. But Pandish doesn't want to change plans.

"Come on Parker," Pandish wheedles."Tell me what's so special."

"I already told you.It's secret," Parker explains. "I need to show it to you."

"Secret? Come on. Just give me a hint," Pandish keeps asking. "Just one little hint."

"Look Pand. It's a secret. Top Secret. Emergency meeting," Parker says. "You'll see. Just come over."

"Okay," Pandish finally agrees. "This just better be worth it."

"Oh it's worth it. You'll see," Parker says a second time.

When the boys come over, they hang out in Parker's room. Parker shows them the magic spinner and the two scrolls. Pandish is especially interested. He reads over Mrs. Saito's translations.

"Travel far, travel fast..to the past," Pandish reads aloud. "Hmmmm..Travel to a different world."

Rusty meanwhile starts playing around. He touches everything in Parker's room and begins goofing off with one of Parker's model airplanes. He begins throwing it around like it's a glider.

This makes the boys laugh really hard because this plane's not supposed to be flown.

"Watch it," Rusty warns them as he throws it. The plane hits the wall but doesn't break completely. 

"Cool!"
